Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer FREE pick-up and delivery. We charge per bag. If you sign up for weekly service, the cost is $35 per bag. For bi-weekly service, it is $37 per bag. If you prefer to use our service on an as-needed basis, the rate is $40 per bag.
Your clean laundry is returned to you in 48 hours. Same day and 24-hour service is available for an additional fee.
You do not. When you place your order, please let us know what secure location you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less then 2 minutes.
When you input your information, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any specific laundry instructions.
You can always log into your account and place your service on hold until you return.
